PIXymbols Braille Italic (the file is used for character storage, characters are not italicized). This file contains the 189 contractions and short-form words which, together with Grade 1 characters, makes up Grade 2 Braille, also known as “English Braille”.
With PIXymbols BrailleReader, you can type the Grade 1 characters above, in a version for sighted readers, which includes guide dots for reference. This font is designed for the preparation of printed instructions used by sighted readers.
PIXymbols BrailleReader Italic provides the same 189 contractions as in Braille Italic, in a version for sighted readers, which includes guide dots for reference.
