What is the Edda Morgana NF font?

In the 1921 work Letters and Lettering by Frank Chouteau Brown, these letterforms were offered as examples of typical medieval English fare. The font is all caps, but there are variant letterforms in all the lowercase positions.
Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).
